The raw material required for photovoltaic module production – glass – is heavy, fragile, and difficult to handle. The high-frequency glass loading and unloading place high demands on the comprehensive performance of forklifts. HELI provides G3 lithium battery forklifts, with the whole vehicle adopting a tailless frame body structure, strong stability; equipped with high-performance lithium batteries, strong endurance, high energy conversion rate, meeting customers’ high-frequency safe operation needs.

Lesso Banhao’s intelligent photovoltaic production line includes a complete set of processes such as front glass feeding, string welding, stacking welding, automatic edge sealing, lamination, and product grading, with long processes and multiple nodes. To timely and accurately transfer materials to various production processes, HELI provides lithium battery warehouse trucks equipped with integrated control handles, compact and flexible, easy to operate, allowing flexible operations.

To better serve auxiliary material transportation, HELI provides ride-on pallet trucks and stand-on pallet stackers. HELI’s pallet trucks are equipped with high-strength forks, infinitely variable speed, and automatic speed reduction when turning, making them safer; HELI’s stackers use lithium iron phosphate batteries, offering high working efficiency and no pollution. Multiple vehicles collaborate to ensure efficient production line operation.

Meeting Continuous Operation Needs Throughout the Day

In the finished product shipment link, HELI G2 lithium battery special vehicles operate in an orderly manner. High-endurance lithium batteries can be used while charging, meeting the need for continuous operation throughout the day; the whole vehicle is equipped with a new mast, strong load-bearing capacity; all models are equipped with color display instruments and cornering speed reduction function as standard, ensuring sustainable and safe shipment. HELI’s intelligent fleet management system (FICS) helps Lesso Banhao’s managers to grasp real-time fleet information and better coordinate vehicle management.
